The Amherstburg Volleyball Association is committed to developing young athletes through quality volleyball programming. Our goal is to build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of the game in a supportive and positive community setting. We use a developmental league structure with adapted rules for younger age groups.
For our house league season, we assume that all players have had limited experience with volleyball and that their skills will grow over the course of the season. For our younger age groups, the season will start with very simplified rules that will allow kids to learn the game and still have fun. The rules will grow along with the skills of the players.
